I've been doing the Shred for like, 15 days now.
I measured myself this evening after working out and was horrified to discover that NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! Actually, that's a partial lie - the only part of my body that seems to have decreased was the area under my boobs. Great.
Gotta say, I'm feeling pretty discouraged this evening! Bah! Not to mention my downstairs neighbour complained about my racket on Monday night after I went all out... so now I'm resigned to doing my cardio half-assed.
I think it's time I get myself back to the gym.

screw your neighbor downstairs ... just explain that you're contributing to the tiny amount of Canadians that are doing something to decrease our disgustingly overweightness ... or something like that haha
Haha she actually said to me last night "About your workout dvd - just do it! You're actually doing something and it's not like it goes on forever"... which I thought was nice of her. I'll just have to be sure not to do level 3 when anyone is home because there is no way of attempting to be quiet on that one!
